THE CORFU BEACH RESORT – THE JEWEL OF THE IONIAN SEA

Corfu, an island off Greece’s northwest coast in the Ionian Sea, with rugged mountains and ample beach resorts. Located on the north coast of Corfu, about 40 km from the capital Kerkyra, Acharavi Beach is a nature lover’s paradise, boasting a long and inviting stretch of sand and pebbles that cater to both families and couples alike.

Just  minutes  from  historical  sites  and  stunning beaches, Corfu Beach Resort welcomes guests with a picturesque  tree-lined  road  leading  to  a  charming courtyard entrance. The hotel itself offers immediate access to breathtaking views across lush gardens and multiple swimming pools, all blending seamlessly with the local flora and coastal scenery.

This operational 4-star beach Resort features 180 existing rooms, and it will expand with more 100 luxurious rooms and suites, making a total of 280 rooms by 2026.

By investing in Corfu beach resort, the investor can also choose to apply for the Greece Golden Visa program that can receive Greek long-term resident permit with valid 5 years and can be renewal.

PROJECT INFORMATION

  • Investment type:  Fractional Ownership of 8 weeks per year ( Time-share)
  • Minimum amount: 250,000EUR
  • Scope of investment:  Invest in an existing hotel that Mercan will convert into a 4-star international brand resort at Corfu, Greece
  • Room: 180 existing room + expansion of 100 room by the end of year 2026.
  • Mercan Hotel Lease term: 40 years  (possible early exit at year 10, year 15, year 20, year 25)
  • Guaranteed fixed income: 4% up to 5 years, payable in one lump sum ( 50,000EUR) at the start of sublease agreement
  • Annual bonus: starting from year 6, Investors are entitled to an annual bonus equivalent to 25% of the hotel’s net income before taxes.
  • Guaranteed lease back as below:
    • Year 10th :  250,000EUR
    • Year 15th:   275,000EUR
    • Year 20th :  300,000EUR
    • Year 25th :  325,000EUR  
  • Apply and receive the Permanent Residence Card for investor and family members within 18 months.
