Madeira Grand Hotel – Pearl of Atlantic Ocean –  Investment amount: 350,000 EUR

Located in one of the center’s most iconic buildings is Golden Gate, one of the oldest and most dynamic streets of Funchal, which makes it a unique landmark of the Madeira Lifestyle. Madeira Grand Hotel will be the rehabilitation of one of Funchal´s most iconic buildings “Golden Gate” into a 4-star Superior Boutique Hotel in the city center.

The hotel will have 6 floors, with approx. 78 rooms, a rooftop bar and restaurant with a panoramic view of the city and the ocean with comfort standards of the international hotel brand.

When investor invest in this project, Mercan will cover IMT and VAT fees, guarantee buy back 100%.  Furthermore, the investors will receive annual return of 3% after 1^st year of operation.

Alvor Beach Resort – The beautiful fishing village in Algarve – Investment amount: 280,000EUR

Located in the Torralta Area, one of the most prestigious locations on Algarve coast. An amazing balcony above the sea, with breathtaking views over the coastline, only a few minutes away from the historic village center, and a 10-minute walk from the Torralta beach and Três Irmãos.

By arriving at Alvor Beach Resort, guests are welcomed by a long tree-lined avenue before entering a magnificent courtyard, that houses the entrance to the hotel and the ballroom.

The 5-star Resort will have 193 elegant rooms and suites, regional restaurant, spa, gym, kids club, paddle tennis court, a mini golf course and an extraordinary rooftop to enjoy the perfect sunny golden hours.

The investors will be guarantee to get buy back 100% after 6 years and get free IMT and VAT.
