Casa das Lérias is located in the center of Amarante, facing the Tâmega river, close to restaurants, local shops, and various tourist attractions.

Although it has been in operation since October, Casa das Lérias was opened, in its hotel version on 13th December, with the presence of representatives of the company that acquired the property, Mercan Properties, which invested 7 million euros in the rehabilitation and transformation works, project by Bárbara Abreu Arquitectos.

In 2021, there are hotels on operations  include Casa da Companhia, Casa das Lérias. In 1Q2022, we will glad to welcome Hilton, Wyndham, and Marriott Sheraton. In 2022, Mercan Group will welcome Hilton Garden Inn, Holiday Inns, Marriott Renaissance, another Wyndham chain that go for operation.
