The Evora Garden Inn is the rehabilitation from land to four-star hotel in Evora was developed by Mercan Group that qualified for Portugal Golden Visa. The total investment of this project is 21M EUR with 75 investors.

This is a 4-star hotel located in Evora. Evora is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it can be known as a town in Portugal’s Alentejo region, southeast of Lisbon at 135 kilometers, known for its Roman ruins, university in Evora is the second oldest university in this country, and this is one of the best destinations that need to visit. Major touristic spots like the Bone Chapel, and Temple of Diana are within 5 min walk. Highway connection to Lisbon Airport – 1h20 and to Spain – 1h10. Furthermore, Evora has many beautiful buildings dating from the 16th to the 18th centuries that need to visit when coming here.

Hilton Garden Inn Evora is one of the hotels in which Mercan has signed a franchise with Hilton to operate the hotel. The hotel has a perfect concept, with a vibrant, modern, and sophisticated atmosphere where an open-plan space is combined with ingenious detailing and light furniture to allow maximum flexibility.

The Évora Garden Inn is comprised of 140 rooms with modern amenities such as meeting space, a restaurant and bar, a fitness center, and our rooftop bar with heated swimming pool.

Groundbreaking Hilton Garden Inn took place in 2021, until now, Hilton Garden Inn Evora is nearly full of facilities and prepares for opening. This hotel is planned to be opened in the 2nd quarter of 2023.
