Holiday Inn Express is a construction project converting old buildings into 3-star hotel with IHG Brand. This project qualified for Portugal Golden Visa program that was developed by Mercan Group.

Located in one of the main streets in Boavista area, Rua 5 de Outubro concentrates a series of fundamental urban equipment, mainly in terms of transport connections, both to the city and to the northern region. Furthermore, the hotel is also right the business area of Porto and main city entrance from the airport.

Holiday Inn Express Porto Hotel project is part of the rehabilitation of Properties of the city of Porto, giving a new life to the history and culture that surrounds it. Whether travelling for business, fun with friends and family, Holiday Inn Express is clean, consistent, and a comfortable stay.

The hotel offers 9 floors including 2 below ground level and 7 above with 91 rooms and full of amenities such as restaurants and bars in a very typical business hotel.

This Hotel in Porto will be a perfect complement to the city, providing the ideal space and environment for business.

At present, the structure of the building is completed and the exterior walls are nearly finished. Holiday Inn Express Porto is planned to be opened in the 4^th quarter of 2023.
