MERCAN GROUP – CONSTRUCTION UPDATE – MOXY LISBOA PARK HOTEL

Moxy Lisboa Park is the result of rehabilitation of properties in Lisbon, turning into a 4-star hotel. This project qualified for Portugal Golden Visa program that was developed by Mercan Group and operated under the Marriott Brand.

With an area of 2.51 km² and a population of 17,044, Alfragide is a parish in Amadora Municipality served by one of the major shopping areas of Lisbon. The excellent road accesses and a complete network of public transport, in addition to the proximity to the centre of the Portuguese capital, have made this area a business center par excellence, with its numerous modern infrastructures.

The 4-star hotel has 225 rooms with 6 floors. Located next to Roche Portugal, General Cars, Motor Village Lisboa, Lisbon Tech Hub, and some other giants in high-tech industry business that attracts many young experts and young businessman. Many international companies have based their activities here such as Ikea, Vodafone, and Samsung are situated surrounding our hotel.

Lisboa Park Hotel presents itself with a concept that fits into an urban landscape full of activity. For this reason, it was designed to provide spaces of comfort and tranquillity, enhancing the moments of relaxation in periods of both tourism and business travel.

The Hotel is a 10-minute drive from the center of Lisbon. At present, Moxy Lisboa Park hotel is under construction stage. Moxy Lisboa Park is expected to start operation in 2024.
