The Porto Art’s Hotel project is part of the rehabilitation of Properties of Patrimonial Interest in the city of Porto, giving a new life to the history and culture that surrounds it. This project qualified for Portugal Golden Visa program and was developed by Mercan Group. This is a 4-star hotel operated under Hilton Tapestry Brand. 

The building of the Porto Art’s Hotel was the residence of a noble family from the north of the country and still has the family crest. In the main façade, totally rehabilitated, the presence of the coat of arms stands out, rekindling the memories of a time that remains present. The one that was a family dwelling typical of Porto bourgeois of the XVIII century, is now a hotel project that honors the art of living.

Located in the old town of Porto and on Avenida Rodrigues de Freitas convenient to move. You can go Shopping at the popular Santa Catarina Street area, a five-minute walk from Coliseu Porto concerts, and the Sao Bento train station within a kilometer.

Porto Art’s Hotel with 53 elegant rooms and suites, benefits from a great value environment made up of historic buildings and a beautiful garden. The hotel also includes a restaurant, bar, gym, and swimming pool with an exciting view over Porto city.

At present, Porto Art’s Hotel is in the last construction stage. This hotel is planned to be opened in the 1st quarter of 2023.
