A Tribute Portfolio Hotel project involves the rehabilitation of a dated building, turning it into a 4-star hotel. This project qualified for the Portugal Golden Visa program developed by Mercan Group and operated under the Premium 4-star segment of the Marriott brand – Tribute Portfolio.

The Riverview, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, located in Vila Nova de Gaia, is an urban redevelopment project located in one of the historic areas of the metropolis of Porto, guests will have easy access to the most attractive sights and are just a 10-minute walk from the famous “Luis I” bridge and a few steps from the Port wine cellars and the new World Of Wine complex.

The Hotel provides 5 floors, 70 suites (4 Duplex), one restaurant, and one swimming pool with an outdoor bar offering the most splendid view in Porto, and larger leisure areas. Marriott Tribute hotel also possesses a unique, specific area for guests to appreciate the view of the city.

At present, The Riverview, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel is under construction. The hotel is expected to start operation in 2024.
