Portugal Golden Visa program – Update on The Change of “More Housing” bill on September 30, 2023

Following the announcement on September 30, 2023, the reconfirmed vote by the Parliament, and the delivery of the document to the President’s office, the “More Housing” law was already ratified by the President of the Republic. The next step is the publishment of the new law which can take up to 8 days. According to the diploma, it should enter into force one day after the publication.
