Portugal Residence Permit Card – Update in SEF’s Fees

It was today published in Diário da Republica (Portaria n.º 307/2023, de 13 de outubro) the fees that will be charged by the new entity that will replace SEF. The updated values will enter into force on October 29th, 2023, and are the following:

  • Analysis fee – 773,74€ (previously was 581,76€ €)
  • Residency card for concession purposes – 7730,11€ (previously was 5812,12€)
  • Residency card for renewal purposes – 3865,79€ (previously was 2906,62€)
  • Residency card for permanent residency – 10822,14€ 
  • Residency card for renewal of the permanent residency – 5411,90 €
