The real estate project is located next to Parque das Nações and represents an investment of 30 million euros.

According to idealista news, The O’Living development has been successful in the housing market among young Portuguese people, with 75% of the total 86 apartments having already been sold.

This condominium, located in Olivais, next to Parque das Nações, is made up of two buildings with six floors each and the apartment types range from T1 to T3 Duplex.

With an average price per square meter (m2) of less than 5,000 euros, the highlight is the fact that 99% of O’Living ‘s future residents are Portuguese nationals. Those most interested have been parents of young university students studying in the city, as they prefer to invest in purchasing a property instead of renting, having immediately sold out of T1 units in the first phase. T2 and T3 have peaked the interest of young families, especially those who wish to live close to family members who live between Parque das Nações and Bairro da Portela.

The O’Living apartments have areas between 64 and 216 m2, air conditioning, balconies or terraces and the kitchens are fully equipped by AEG. In addition, they all benefit from underground parking with space for 128 vehicles, a bicycle rack and there will also be commercial spaces on the ground floor.

This project, signed by the architecture studio Saraiva + Associados, was designed to respond to the lack of supply of average housing in the city of Lisbon and its sales success proves this. The modern design and quality of the interior spaces are highlights of these apartments.

Another of O’Living’s greatest assets is its excellent location, enjoying proximity to the Tagus River, street commerce, shopping centres, public parks, cycle paths, schools, offices, cultural spaces, hotels, and great access to public transport.

Representing an investment of 30 million euros, this residential project is being promoted by MEXTO Property Investment. Tomas Suter, the company’s Senior Advisor & Partner, said in a statement that he was “very pleased that this project attracts Portuguese families.”

“This is a project that we are very proud of, as it is of high quality, with sustainable and flexible construction and solutions, quality materials and, for the most part, of national origin”, says the person responsible, adding that “the O’Living is a product with excellent performance, as it meets the requirements of Portuguese families, not only due to the excellence of the construction, but also due to the areas and layout of the apartments, as well as its location in a residential neighbourhood with a varied range of services and close to of everything.”
