What is EB-3 Unskilled Workers (Other Workers)?

EB3 stands for Employment-Based Immigration: Third Preference. This is a program which the US Government offers employers a chance to recruit and sponsor foreign workers. Through working with credible USA employers; you can apply for immigration category; you can also include your spouse and children under 21 years old. You can check at Official link of USCIS .

Who is eligible?

• Require less than 2 years training.
• Labor certification and a permanent, full-time job offer required.

Processing Time:  2 – 3 years on average

• Must be Physically Fit
• Must know English
• Age from 21 – 50
• Good Criminal Record and Good Health

• Freedom to work and live anywhere in the U.S. permanently
• Ability to sponsor family members; get them a Green Card
• Ability to apply for U.S. Citizenship
• Right to obtain social benefits such as free education, research grants, taxation benefits, insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and health benefits

• Mercan check the applicant CV and background
• Mercan send the Application to Law firm and employer
• Employer check Applicant file
• File PERM application / form 9089 to Department of Labor
• Approval notice PERM
• Fill form I-140 and pay premium processing fee for USCIS
• Approval notice from USCIS
• Submit file to NVC (Nation visa centre) for review
• Have interview and receive immigrant visa
