Casa das Lérias was one of the finalists of the Expresso & SIC Notícias Real Estate Awards

Casa das Lérias was one of the finalist projects in the 4th Edition of the SIC and Expresso Real Estate Awards, which distinguish the best of the national real estate. It is the result of an urban rehabilitation project that qualified for Portugal Golden Visa Program and has opened in October of last year.

Organized by Grupo Impresa, the ceremony took place yesterday, in Braga. Among the 55 applications received, the jury awarded the main winners of the competition. Casa das Lérias was a finalist in the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction category, in the tourism area – a noble valorization of the quality of our work.

This project is the result of the development by Mercan Group, architecture by Bárbara Abreu, construction by Retail Concept and supervision by Sopsec.
