Grand Opening of Arts Hotel Porto, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The historic center of Porto has a brand-new hotel: Arts Hotel Porto, which operated under Tapestry Collection by Hilton and opened on April 3rd, 2023. This opening is the result of a €15.4 million investment by the Mercan Group that qualified for the Portugal Golden Visa program. Arts Hotel Porto is the second hotel of Mercan Group to be opened under the Tapestry Collection, followed by Sé Tapestry Hilton.

Arts Hotel Porto, Tapestry Collection by Hilton located in Porto Old’s Town. Situated on Rodrigues de Freitas Avenue, the new hotel is the result of a meticulous process of urban rehabilitation of a historical building from the 18th century. The 4-star hotel has generated 60 jobs during construction and that now creates 33 new jobs for the daily hotel operation, which will be in charge of AHM – Ace Hospitality Management.

With 2,300 sqm, Arts Hotel Porto, Tapestry Collection by Hilton offers 53 elegant rooms and suites, benefits from an environment of great value made up of historic buildings and a beautiful garden.
