2. Frequently Asked Questions:

1/ How many complimentary nights does an investor have per year?

The investor is entitled to 7 nights per year at the hotel they have invested, after receiving the first card. They can also stay in any other Mercan Group Hotel – subject to availability.

2/ What if the hotel invested is fully booked?

In this case, the Investor may stay in another Mercan Hotel, indicated by Mercan Hosting Team.

3/ Can the Investor accumulate the complimentary nights of two years?

7 complimentary days in high season and 7 complimentary days in off – peak season, if the 14 days for the two years are taken in the same year, or 14 complimentary days in off – peak season. Off – Peak Season: from September to May – Excluding Festivities seasons (Christmas, New Year, Carnival and Easter).

4/ Can an Investor split the 7 complimentary nights in more rooms instead of 7 nights for one room?

Yes.
