KLM increasing winter flights to Portugal

KLM will has announced 12 weekly flights between Lisbon and Amsterdam and 14 weekly flights between Porto and Amsterdam for this winter.

“KLM’s new winter programme takes effect on 31 October and runs until 26 March, 2022. As more and more travel restrictions are eased, KLM will be able to increase its capacity again this year and thus plans to operate direct flights from Amsterdam to 162 destinations, 72 intercontinental and 90 in Europe,” said KLM, in a statement.

The flights to and from Portugal represent “an increase of +17 percent in the winter of 2021 compared to the pre-pandemic offer in the same period of 2019”.

“This offer is complemented by that of French partner, Air France, which offers routes between Paris-CDG and three Portuguese airports (Lisbon, Porto and Faro, now also in the winter)”, added KLM.
