Marriott Lapa Renaissance (Phase 2) is the project which qualified for Golden Visa Program (ARI), developed by Mercan Group. Lapa II Hotel will be an expansion of Lapa Porto Hotel. Located in one of the most historical neighborhoods of Porto, right in the gateway to downtown. It will have the largest park and conference room of the city center in Porto.

Mercan Group has called for investment since April 2022. Until now, the 4-star hotel project hit 85% subscriptions from over 40 countries and now has 15 slots left. The Hotel expected to open at the end of 2024 which will operation under the name of Hotel International Group.
