Mercan’s Hotel Projects in Portugal

Until now, Mercan has successfully developed 20 projects in Portugal and make an important contribution to the tourism sector. All projects are carefully surveyed by Mercan aimed to choose great locations such as Porto, Vila Nova de Gaia, Matosinhos, Lisboa, Amarante, Algarve, and Évora.

Mercan Group has signed Franchise Agreements with many International Brand to operate hotels including IHG to operate its global brands, including Holiday Inn, and Holiday Inn Express; Marriott operates its global brands Renaissance, Sheraton, Tribute Portfolio, Moxy, Four Points; with Wyndham Hotel Group; Hilton to operate its global brands, including Hilton Garden Inn, Double Tree, Tapestry Collection.

Until now, Mercan has 5 hotels that already opened to welcome guests including:

  • Sé Tapestry Hilton – 4star
  • Fontinha Wyndham Porto – 4star
  • Sheraton Four Points – 4star
  • Manor House Amarante – 4star
