More than 60% completely vaccinated in Portugal

The Covid-19 vaccination report from the health authority (DGS) covers 7,330,505 residents in Portugal (71%) with at least one dose of vaccine and 6,403,987 people (62%) with full vaccination.

In the 65 and older age group, vaccination covers almost the entire population: 99% have at least one dose, and between 65 and 79, 97% of the population has been fully vaccinated, a percentage that drops to 96% from 80 years old onwards.

From 18 to 24 years old, vaccination has advanced significantly concerning the previous week, with 34% of young adults with at least one dose of vaccine (20% last week) and 19% with the complete vaccination (12% last week).
